We’re proud to announce Bestow’s renewed Great Place to Work certification for 2023! Thanks to our talented and dedicated employees, we’ve now won this award two years in a row. 92% of Bestow employees say it’s a great place to work, compared to just 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. Additionally,

  • 96% of employees feel management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
  • 96% of employees say you are made to feel welcome when joining the company.
  • 95% of employees say they can take time off when necessary.

We are committed to improving the employee experience at Bestow, building on our generous benefits year after year. Bestow continues to pay 100% of the premiums for employees and their dependents and offers a benefits concierge program to ensure all employees maximize their coverage. In the last year, Bestow expanded benefits to include:

  • Access to LinkedIn learning for all employees, connecting them to critical resources to help them develop their skills
  • Ginger, a new confidential mental healthcare app that offers behavioral health coaching via text-based chats, self-guided learning activities and content, and, if needed, video-based therapy and psychiatry.

This year, the company is building out an employee wellness program in addition to the continued support of two Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Ladies and Allies of Bestow and Pride, sponsored volunteer events, and donation matching around the holidays.

Following certification in 2022, Bestow earned a spot on five best workplaces lists:

We look forward to continued success in 2023!
